We at Co-Modeco Studios will provide you, upon request a packet of notarized documents attesting to the chain of title supply source and representation between Manufacturers- CEO Holmes Stoner and Co-Modeco Associates.
This includes :
Three (3) exclusive and binding representation agreements to expire or be renewed in 2021 between Holmes Stoner, designated Associates at Co-Modeco and the manufactures in China (Yahgee Modular House (Group) Co, Ltd., Cascon Industries in Vietnam and Bondo Group in Korea. Each factory though utilizing distinct and competitively priced protocols (from flat packs to entire turnkey communities).
These documents also includes Order Form for one or multiple Co-Modeco Structures, Sales Terms & Conditions, Sample Bill of Leading, and Representation Agreement.
The three factories have a combined monthly manufacturing capacity of up to 6000 dwellings a month.
